Verde Neutra 2.5-piece cranks feature 4130 tubular chromoly arms with wrap welded spindle and pedal bosses, one-piece machined sprocket bosses for regular and nano drive, a 22mm hollow chromoly spindle that’s pressed into the right side arm for ease of installation, and a single hollow flush mount spindle bolt to keep everything secure. Neutra cranks are both RHD and LHD compatible. Bottom bracket sold separately.

The Neutra Max is a modern take on Verde’s extremely proven and popular Cartel 2 fork. Major updates are slightly thicker walls at each stage of taper, plus maximum clearance for today’s bigger tires. The Verde Neutra sealed rear wheel provides next level spec and performance. The high flange aluminum hub body contains a 1-piece chromoly driver with 4-pawl engagement. High strength 14mm chromoly axle is cradled by sealed cartridge bearings. Neutra rims are double wall, 36mm wide, precision-pinned, and drilled with 36 holes. 14 gauge black spokes threaded to brass nipples complete the build. Available in 20-inch, 22-inch, or 26-inch.

Regent Plus One forks are a shorter offset version of our top seller. Plus One’s feature a 25mm offset that brings your front wheel in closer to your bike. This helps make tech moves like nose wheelies easier. Regent Plus One forks are constructed of high quality 4130 chromoly, offer extra wide tire clearance (2.4” and larger), and include an integrated bearing race. You don’t use a press on bearing race on these forks. Tapered fork legs reduce weight and increase tire clearance. A custom 7075 aluminum preload bolt is included. One stands for 1” which = 25mm.

The Verde Regent top load stem features a strong, lightweight, no-nonsense design that’s perfect for street, skatepark, and trail riding. The Verde NEO integrated headset is clever upgrade designed for frames that have a non-integrated head tube. These frames almost always have a loose ball headset with steel cups. The NEO makes it possible to use angular contact sealed bearings and run high end forks that have an integrated headset race. The NEO integrated headset includes chromoly cups that press directly into a standard head tube. Sealed Campy spec integrated bearings fit into these cups.

Steps to return your unused Verde product
Contact us to initial your refund or exchange. Please email us at info@verdebikes.com or call 1-800-332-9237. Include your order number in email or have it ready if you call.
Note: Returned items will be refunded the full purchase price (minus shipping) once returned to Verde and inspected. Returned items can also be exchanged for store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase. This does not mean 30 days after you opened your order. Sorry, we do not offer refunds or exchanges beyond 30 days after purchase.
Your Verde product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot issue you a refund or exchange if your return is missing parts or packaging. Clothing must not have been washed or worn.
Refunds
Refunds are made after your Verde product is received and inspected. Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment used for purchase; credit card or PayPal. Please allow 2 business days for your refund.
Restocking fee
Refused deliveries are subject to a return shipping fee and an additional 10% restocking fee. In the event that your order was placed with free shipping, your return may be subject to part or all of the shipping charges incurred by us.

Sales are final on all sale items. No returns accepted.

Note that you are responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item to Verde Bikes. Sorry, we aren’t Amazon and can’t cover return cost. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping on the original order will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Verde warranties the replacement of original Verde products due to defects in material and/or workmanship in accordance to conditions outlined below. All complete bikes purchased through mail order and/or over the Internet must be assembled by a qualified bicycle mechanic and accompanied by both proof of purchase and an assembly receipt (from a local bike shop) or the warranty shall be deemed void. Please support your local authorized Verde dealer.
Complete Bike Frame/Fork Limited Warranty
Verde offers a standard 12 month warranty against manufactures defects on all complete bike frames, forks, and handlebars from the original date of purchase. This limited warranty applies to the original owner with proof of purchase (receipt). Frames, forks, and handlebars must not have been altered, painted, or sandblasted. Bending or denting of frames, forks, or handlebars is excluded from this warranty. Bending is a sign of impact, rider abuse, error, or punishment and therefore is not covered under this limited warranty.
Complete Bike Parts Limited Warranty
Verde offers a standard 90 day warranty on all complete bike components for defects in workmanship from the original date of purchase, backed by a one-on-one consideration for cases that fall outside of this period. This limited warranty applies to the original owner with proof of purchase (receipt). Normal wear, accident, impact, rider abuse, error, or neglect, improper assembly, and improper maintenance of parts are not covered by this warranty.
Aftermarket Frame Two-Year Warranty
Verde offers a full two year warranty on all aftermarket frames from the original date of purchase. This two-year warranty applies to the original owner with proof of purchase (receipt). Aftermarket frames must not have been altered, painted, or sandblasted. Bending or denting of frames, forks, or handlebars is excluded from this warranty. Bending is a sign of impact, rider abuse, error, or punishment and therefore is not covered under this limited warranty.

Warranty Terms & Conditions
Warranty terms may differ from country to country. If you live outside of the USA, visit an authorized Verde dealer with your claim. The dealer will validate the claim and contact the Verde distributor in your country. They will handle your claim for you.
Labor and transportation charges are not included. These warranties are valid to the original retail purchaser only. Proof of purchase (receipt) is required to validate protection under these warranties as outlined above. Uses of parts or devices not consistent with the use originally intended for complete bicycles and aftermarket components as sold are not covered by these warranties. These warranties are limited to replacing the defective part without charge and the company shall in no event be responsible for special damages.
Products that have been warrantied already or replaced with a crash replacement upgrade will only be covered with a 30 day manufacturer defect warranty, and not the full warranty. These items may not be warrantied a second time and will be treated on a case by case basis.
Notice: The user assumes the risk of any personal injuries, damage to, or failure of Verde bikes, frames, forks, handlebars, stems, and/or any other product manufactured under the Verde name, and any other losses if Verde product is used in any competitive event.
These warranties are expressly in lieu of any other warranties. Any implied warranty, including any warranty of merchantability of fitness, shall be limited in duration to the duration of the expressed warranty set forth herein. The prompt return of the warranty registration form (accompanied by proof of purchase and assembly receipt, if applicable) within 30 days of purchase is a condition precedent to the coverage as provided herein. These warranties give you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from country to country.
Although these warranties are limited, we appreciate your business and customer satisfaction is very important to us. If any problems occur with your Verde product, please feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to satisfy you. As soon as you notice a problem, please take immediate action. Delaying the situation or ignoring the problem will only lessen your chances of getting the problem properly taken care of.
